Yes, I'm Still Alive

Hola, amigos. I know it's been a long time since I rapped at ya, but it's been a bit hectic lately. I made it back here safe and sound New Year's Eve and met my friends Mike and Meredith at the airport. After dropping my bags at my place, the rest of the day was spent catching up with Mike, getting to know Meredith (finally got to meet her), and then enjoying the festivities on the beach with a whole hell of a lot of other people. There were some fireworks, tents and stages, and about 4 times as many people as a typical Saturday night, but other than that it was the same type of atmosphere as I've seen in evenings past.

The rest of the week was sort of like I was on vacation. I spent most of my time with Mike and Meredith and didn't really check my email or do any work. We did have a few meetings, but school did not start until this week so there was not much going on. I've been back in the regular routine since Monday.

Just thought I'd post a quick note here so everyone doesn't forget about me. I'll try to get some pictures up later this week. Ciao.
